Sdivynex operates SYIE, an India-first creator growth ecosystem for creators, mentors, experts, and learners.

This policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal data for the SYIE/Sdivynex website, waitlist, early access, support, and related pre-launch platform activities. It is written for readiness under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, and 2026 phased compliance readiness.

Depending on how you use SYIE/Sdivynex, we may collect:

  • Consent records such as consent text, timestamp, and policy version

We use personal data for clear platform and communication purposes, including:

  • Creator fit review
  • Platform planning and feature prioritisation
  • Launch updates
  • Responding to messages or support requests

5. Legal Basis / Consent

6. Consent Withdrawal

You can withdraw consent by emailing the Privacy & DPDP Contact. Withdrawal may affect waitlist participation, early access communication, or account/application processing because we may no longer be able to use your data for those purposes.

We aim to respond within legally applicable timelines, not exceeding 90 days where applicable.

9. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking

We may use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or similar services to understand website usage, measure conversions, improve user experience, and run privacy-aware marketing.

These tools may process:

  • Approximate usage data

  • Referral/source information

Where technically possible, non-essential analytics and marketing scripts are loaded only after you accept them through the cookie/analytics notice. You may reject non-essential tracking without blocking essential website functionality.

We may share limited personal data with trusted service providers such as hosting, database, analytics, email, communication, security, and infrastructure providers only for the purposes described in this policy.

Based on current website code, these may include:

  • Supabase for database and infrastructure support
  • Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager if analytics IDs are enabled
  • Meta Pixel if a pixel ID is enabled
  • Website hosting and infrastructure providers used to operate the Next.js website

We do not sell your personal data.

14. Children

SYIE/Sdivynex is not intended for users below 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data. If we discover such data has been submitted without valid lawful guardian involvement where required, we may delete it.

15. Retention

Waitlist and application data may be retained for launch/onboarding review and up to 24 months after the last interaction unless deletion is requested or longer retention is required for legal, security, dispute, or compliance reasons.

16. Changes to Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as SYIE evolves, legal requirements change, or new platform features launch. The effective date and policy version will be updated when material changes are made.
