At the current stage, this website may function as a pre-launch / coming soon landing page, informational page, or early access waitlist page.

2. Pre-Launch Nature of the Platform

Our platform is currently in a pre-launch or early-stage phase. This means:

Brand Sponsorship Support and PR / Visibility Support are value-added platform opportunities and are not guaranteed for all users or creators.

These opportunities may be:

  • available only to selected creators
  • based on platform criteria, niche relevance, creator profile quality, audience fit, market demand, campaign suitability, internal review, or brand requirements
  • changed, paused, or removed at our discretion

Selection for sponsorships, collaborations, PR support, or brand campaigns shall be solely determined by platform suitability, campaign relevance, and availability. Submission, registration, profile creation, or use of the platform does not guarantee brand deals, PR placement, media exposure, paid collaborations, or promotional support.

5. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee:

  • earnings
  • sales
  • sponsorship approvals
  • PR placements
  • audience growth
  • business success
  • creator visibility outcomes
  • collaboration success

Any growth, monetization, exposure, or partnership outcome depends on multiple factors including creator quality, market demand, consistency, audience, timing, and third-party decisions.

6. User Eligibility

By using this platform, you confirm that:

  • the information you provide is accurate
  • you have the right to submit any content, profile details, service information, or materials you upload
  • you will not use the platform for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
  • you are legally capable of entering into these Terms

If required, minors may only use the platform with valid parental or guardian consent.

7. Creator Responsibility

Creators and users are responsible for:

  • the accuracy of their profiles, services, claims, and descriptions
  • ensuring they have rights to the content they upload or publish

  • we do not guarantee final approval from any brand
  • we are not responsible for third-party business decisions
  • we do not guarantee payment, campaign continuation, or partnership completion by third parties
  • any final collaboration may be subject to separate brand terms, campaign terms, or commercial agreements

9. Platform Changes

We may update, suspend, improve, limit, or remove any part of the website or platform at any time. We may also revise branding, features, plans, creator benefits, or eligibility criteria without prior notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All website branding, text, design elements, graphics, logos, concepts, and original platform materials related to SYIE by Sdivynex are owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use any part of our website or platform materials without written permission.

11. Waitlist and Early Access

Submitting your details through our waitlist, interest form, or sign-up page does not guarantee approval, onboarding, feature access, creator selection, or early access. We reserve the right to accept, reject, prioritize, or delay access at our discretion.

  • attempt unauthorized access
