These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit the Sdivynex website, join the SYIE waitlist, use pre-launch tools, or interact with SYIE by Sdivynex. SYIE is an India-first Creator Growth Ecosystem designed to help creators, mentors, experts, and learners sell expertise, build credibility, and unlock selective brand and PR opportunities.
1. Eligibility
You should be at least 18 years old to use SYIE/Sdivynex, join the waitlist, submit information, or apply for creator opportunities. If applicable law requires lawful guardian involvement, you may use the website or submit details only with valid lawful guardian involvement.
2. Accuracy of Information
You must submit accurate, lawful, and current information. Do not submit false identities, misleading creator claims, third-party personal data without authority, unlawful content, or information that infringes another person’s rights.
3. Waitlist / Early Access
Waitlist registration, early access, creator approval, opportunities, brand/PR access, and platform features are selective, phased, subject to eligibility, availability, approval, campaign fit, platform criteria, and third-party requirements. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, selection, onboarding, opportunity allocation, or timing.
4. No Guaranteed Outcomes
SYIE/Sdivynex does not guarantee income, sales, sponsorships, PR coverage, brand deals, rankings, followers, creator growth, or business results. Any platform tools, visibility support, AI assistance, educational content, or opportunity pathways are designed to help users prepare and operate more professionally, but outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
5. Privacy Rights
You can exercise privacy rights, consent withdrawal, access, correction, update, deletion, nomination, or grievance requests through the Privacy & DPDP Contact: sdivynex43346@sdivynex.in. Please also review our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse SYIE/Sdivynex. This includes no:
- Spam or automated abuse
- Fake identity or fraudulent application
- Illegal, harmful, hateful, or infringing content
- Scraping abuse, probing, or attempting to bypass security controls
- Platform misuse, interference, or misleading creator/brand claims
- Attempts to access non-public systems, accounts, data, or admin functions
7. AI Features
SYIE may offer or plan AI Creator Studio features. AI outputs are assistive only. Users must review outputs before publishing or relying on them. We do not provide professional, legal, financial, medical, compliance, or business-result guarantees through AI outputs.
8. Brand/PR Opportunities
All brand sponsorship, PR visibility, campaign, partnership, and media-related opportunities are selective and may depend on campaign fit, eligibility, availability, approval, brand requirements, third-party requirements, creator niche, content quality, audience fit, and platform criteria. These opportunities are not guaranteed.
9. Pre-Launch and Phased Features
SYIE by Sdivynex is currently in a pre-launch and phased rollout stage. Some pages may describe planned, experimental, invite-only, or future features. Features may change, pause, launch gradually, or remain unavailable to some users.
10. Third-Party Services
The website may rely on third-party infrastructure, database, analytics, communication, hosting, or security providers. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.
11. Intellectual Property
The SYIE/Sdivynex name, website design, content, graphics, product concepts, code, and brand assets are owned by or licensed to Sdivynex unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, misuse, or represent our brand assets as your own without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SYIE/Sdivynex is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business-loss damages arising from use of the website, waitlist, pre-launch tools, content, or phased features.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as SYIE evolves, new features launch, or legal requirements change. The effective date and terms version will be updated when material changes are made. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
