SYIE Checklist
AI Content Review Checklist for Creators
Published by SYIE by Sdivynex · Editorial policy
AI output is an editable starting point, not publication-ready evidence. Use this quality-control checklist to review a caption, idea, outline, or creator strategy before you publish it or use it to make a business decision.
Review, customise, and fact-check every AI-generated draft. Do not submit confidential or unnecessary sensitive information.
Practical checklist
- ✓Confirm that names, dates, prices, product details, links, quotations, and statistics are accurate and current.
- ✓Open the original source for every material factual claim instead of relying on a generated citation or confident wording.
- ✓Rewrite the draft in your own voice and remove generic language that does not reflect your experience or audience.
- ✓Separate your verified experience from illustrative examples, suggestions, and predictions.
- ✓Label hypothetical, illustrative, or composite scenarios clearly; never present them as customer results.
- ✓Remove income, reach, ranking, follower, sponsorship, PR, health, career, or other outcome guarantees.
- ✓Check whether legal, tax, financial, medical, or other regulated topics need qualified professional review.
- ✓Confirm that images, text, examples, trademarks, and other material are yours, licensed, attributed, or otherwise appropriate to use.
- ✓Remove confidential, private, or unnecessary personal information from both the prompt and final draft.
- ✓Check spelling, local context, INR or tax references, and platform terminology rather than assuming the AI localized them correctly.
- ✓Review tone for stereotypes, unsafe advice, harassment, exclusion, or claims about people that you cannot support.
- ✓Make the content accessible with clear language, useful headings, descriptive links, and image alternatives where needed.
- ✓Ensure the call to action accurately describes the current offer, availability, price, eligibility, and next step.
- ✓Read the complete final version yourself and record human approval before scheduling or publishing it.
Common mistakes to avoid
- •Publishing a fluent draft without checking the underlying facts.
- •Leaving invented citations, testimonials, partnerships, results, or product capabilities in the copy.
- •Submitting customer data, unpublished commercial details, credentials, or other sensitive information in a prompt.
- •Using AI output as professional advice or a forecast of audience or business results.
- •Changing only a few words while leaving the structure, examples, and voice unexamined.
